Happy Monday?

Juli learned a very important lesson this morning.

Don't put newly potty trained kids in sleeper pajamas.

Andy couldn't get out of them fast enough and I had a big poopy mess to clean up.  Ugh.  So gross. I am really looking forward to a day when the only backside I have to deal with is my own.

One of my new fish died overnight and I had to scoop him out of the tank.  His name was Lestat and he was a cute, little, orange fantail.  I kinda knew it was coming.  His dorsal fin had been flat for a day or so and I noticed a red streak along his side.  He's still within the pet store's warranty period so I'll probably replace him with a similar fish.  My original carnival goldfish is getting gigantic.  His body is at least four inches long now.  He's at least tripled in size.

There haven't been a lot of photos lately.  Wayne's camera has been having some issues and mine needs to be charged.  I want to get the Rebel fixed before heading to Chicago in a week and a half for my reunion.  I want to take pictures at the game and on campus.

Steve's schedule has changed, for at least this month, and now I'm dropping the boys off on Monday nights and he'll bring them back on Wednesday.  Hopefully at the end of the month, when the park closes for winter, he'll go to Saturdays and Sundays off.  It will help keep us from having weekends like this past one, with all four kids here and going completely bonkers.

We didn't do much this weekend.  Thursday night was a crop with my mom's group.  I made some Christmas tags.  On Friday, Wayne's mom came out for dinner.  I made an awesome roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies, very standard and basic but good.  On Saturday and Sunday we just hung out at home.  As crazy as the kids were, it was nice to not be running all over.  We saved that for today!

When Wayne gets home, we're headed out to Jersey for my neice's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's.  She's turning two today and she's gorgeous and adorable.  From there, we head to Steve's to drop off the boys and then we'll head home, probably stopping at the home of my friend, Carly,to leave a Halloween costume on her porch, since it will probably be late when we get there.  I'm tired already.

One more thing: I love the Imagination Movers show on Disney Channel.

I've been to that Point B Chuck E Cheese a ton of times! He likes it b/c A. they have a Teletubby ride and B. He likes the full band on the stage.

Good luck, have fun and I'll keep that in mind re: the full zip pj's on a newly potty trained child.

They remodeled the whole place. It's all open and one big room now and the full stage is gone. :( Chuck E Cheese was cooler when I was a kid.

Yeah, we pretty much went straight to sleeping-in-T-shirt-and-underpants, or for cold nights (those haven't started yet here of course though), pajamas with pants because he is used to taking those off.

He had an accident when we were up in Kentucky but I think that was because he wasn't used to the geography of the house and miscalculated how long it would take him to get to the toilet.

Yeah, I'm investing in a lot of new, 2 piece, warm jammies for Aaron this year. He's pretty good about going before bedtime, but you never know!

Seriously? You like the Imagination Movers? I think their songs are better than the Wiggles, but otherwise? I despise them just the same.

I think he'll be sleeping in fleece and sweats a lot.

I love the Imagination Movers. I actually paid to download their album from Itunes.

Allentown! Like the Billy Joel song! :) And I see Keansburg on that map too... happy to be away from that evil little town I bet?!

Jesus is huge! I need to take some pictures. Now my problem in his tank is brown algae. I need to get a snail or something to eat it.

Allentown like the Billy Joel song... I've only actually been in Allentown once.

Yes, very happy to be out of the Burg. My mom drove past the house a few weeks ago and she said the new owners haven't changed anything.
