Bailouts

Let's just consider the money.

The public bailout of insurance giant (becoming a dwarf) AIG is estimated at $85 billion.

According to one report, that's more than the Bush administration spent on Aid to Families with Dependent Children during his entire time in office. That amount of money would also pay for health care for every man, woman, and child in America for at least six months.

Bush's administration is all about what's important: corporations.

I've had that one for awhile and never really used it. I'm sure someone is going to comment to complain.

No kidding. I've never been a person who was really interested in politics. I don 't know if that's because I feared getting too sucked in or if I thought it didn't really play any kind of real role in my life. Either way, with this election and the current state of everything, I just can't help but be really really angry.
