You guys did a great job on it! Am I wrong though that your backyard has no fence separating it from that road???? Is that common out there? It seems dangerous...

No fence! It's kinda common I guess but it's not a busy road... If we were staying here, we'd be fencing the yard.

Wow, that's such a strange site for me. Just not common here. I realize though that you guys are good parents that watch your kids so I hope it didn't sound like I was insinuating the boys will run out into the road! :) I just meant it looked odd that's all. And unsafe if it were other LJ'ers who DON'T keep such a watchful eye over their little ones ;)

Awesome! Those playscapes scare the hell outta me (the putting them together bit). I saw my friend's playscape out of the box... holy hell.

Look at those mountains!!! I knew you were in the country now, but WOW, thats country! :)

It actually wasn't that bad. We spent 2 hours laying out all the pieces and marking them. Everything was pre-cut and pre-drilled so once we knew which pieces were which, we just went page to page in the instructions.

Yeah, there's a mountain in the backyard... kinda neat.

Still in a rental... we're going to have to take the swingset apart in chunks when we find a house of our own. Still, we wanted something for the kids to play on/in for the summer.
